A 32 year old female presents with heavy menstrual bleeding and dysmenorrhea. She also describes a feeling of pelvic pressure. She denies fever, chills, vaginal discharge or weight loss. Though the patient has been feeling extremely fatigued, especially during exercise.
On palpation, the uterus is irregular and enlarged. In addition, it is firm and non-tender. There are no adnexal masses or tenderness.
