Oral anitvirals only and treatment is unlikely to benefit once lesions have crusted

Placenta previa is a contraindication to vaginal delivery. For patients at term, cesarean section is indicated. The patient should also be continuously monitored, as she may need fluids or blood to be administered.
Tocolytics should only be administered if the patient is actively contracting and cesarean section cannot be performed at the hospital.
